How much are deposits and down payments?
For portraits/illustrations and abstract payments, the deposit is 30% of the quoted price. Photography work has a down payment of $50 which goes towards the final cost.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all debit/credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in working with you throughout the entire process to assure that the art created is something we design together. During the design process, if you wish to stop using our services there is a $50 cancellation fee.
What is required for commission work?
For portraits and illustrations we require a photo image of the subject(s) along with the 30% deposit which will be listed on your estimated quote.
Do you offer photography packages?
Yes! We offer a variety of photo packages to meet your needs. Choose from our silver, gold, platinum, and iridium packages here!
For photos, how long does the editing process take?
On average, photo edits take about one to two weeks to complete. This time may vary based off the number of photos you have purchased. A proper estimate will be given once you have selected your pictures.
How will I receive my portrait(s) and or photos once they’re complete?
Digital portraits and photo files will be delivered via Dropbox for easy download and physical copies will be shipped via mail (USPS, Fedex, or UPS).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes between five to seven business days once your project is finalized. Items purchased via the shop have various shipping times. Please refer to the estimate provided on the product pages.
Can I send my purchase(s) as a gift?
Yes! Let us know where you would like your gift to be shipped and feel free to add a heartfelt note as well.
